1. Definitions and Explanations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings, which apply consistently throughout the entire document.

• "omgbd" or "Platform" — Refers to the omgbdbet.cam website and all its associated services, mobile applications, and digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created or is attempting to create an account on omgbd.
• "Account" — A personal profile secured by a username and password.
• "Balance" — The total amount held in a user's account (combining deposited funds and bonuses).
• "Bonus" — Promotional credit provided by omgbd subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to spend the bonus amount in bets a set number of times before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — What remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on omgbd, the user must meet the following conditions and complete registration with accurate information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and currently valid.
• The user's name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details must be filled in correctly.
• If any information changes, the omgbd support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

omgbd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. User Eligibility

omgbd is an adult entertainment platform. The minimum age to participate is 21 years. 21+

3.1 Proof of Age

omgbd may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify age at any time. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

omgbd's services are operated for users in Bangladesh. Where services are restricted to a specific region, local laws and regulations will apply.

4. Account Security

The user is personally responsible for ensuring the security of their account. The following must be observed at all times.

• Do not share login details (username and password) with anyone else.

• Log out of the account after every session.
• If any suspicious activity is noticed, inform the omgbd support team immediately.
• Never share an OTP or verification code with any third party.

omgbd will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by a technical fault on the platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on omgbd are completed through Bangladesh's popular mobile payment methods.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

omgbd gives new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in specific terms.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• omgbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately; if real funds are withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, any unused bonus will be forfeited.

7. Betting and Gaming

omgbd offers various gaming options including casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. The following conditions apply to all gaming activities.

7.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game stops mid-way due to a technical fault, omgbd will determine the result according to its established policies.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

7.2 RTP and Game Fairness

8. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• Manipulating any game or bet, or taking unfair advantage of a technical error.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the omgbd platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members.

9. Account Suspension

omgbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances.

9.1 Temporary Suspension

• During an ongoing identity verification process.
• While a suspicious transaction is under investigation.
• At the user's own request (for example, as part of responsible gaming through self-exclusion).

9.2 Permanent Closure

If a user is involved in the prohibited activities listed in Section 8, or repeatedly violates the terms, the account will be permanently closed. A permanently closed account may not be recoverable.

9.3 Self-Closure

A user may request to close their own account at any time. In this case, any unused real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, but bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Purposes of Data Use

• For processing transactions and preventing fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability

omgbd is not responsible for the following matters.

• Issues with games or bets caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Losses caused by third-party software or hardware failures.
• Account information leaks caused by the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.

However, omgbd always strives to resolve technical issues quickly and considers appropriate compensation for affected users.

12. Changes to Terms

omgbd reserves the right to partially or fully modify these rules and terms at any time.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For significant changes, omgbd will notify the user within a reasonable time. Such notification may be made by email, a notice on the platform, or any other effective means.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

If a user continues to use the site after the revised terms take effect, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.

12.3 Previous Versions

Once the new terms take effect, the previous version will automatically be considered void. In the event of any dispute, the most recently published version will apply.
